Pay your bill with a saved card
Pick one of your saved cards, confirm, and the bill is paid — no bank app, no screenshot.
Before you start
You need a card saved under Subscription → Payment methods, and the billing.pay permission. Owners have it; ask the owner if you are a manager.
Pay with the card
- Open My subscription. A bill waiting on you shows under “Due from”.My subscription
- Under “Pay with”, tap the card you want. Your primary card is picked for you.
- Press “Pay EGP …”. A review step shows the amount, the period and the card.
- Press “Pay” again to confirm. Nothing is charged before this.

Your bank may ask you to approve the payment on its own page (3-D Secure). After you approve, you come straight back to the console.
What happens next
| Result | What you see | What to do |

| Paid | “You are on Growth” and the new features | Nothing — the invoice is under Invoices |
| Bank check | “Your bank is checking” | Wait a few seconds; keep the page open |
| Declined | “Your bank declined …” — nothing charged | Pick another card, a new card or InstaPay |
Saved cards pay plan bills only. An extra-branch invoice is paid with a new card or InstaPay.
Name your cards
- Open Payment methods.Payment methods
- Press Rename under a card and type a name of up to 24 characters, such as “Company Visa”.
- Press Save. Only your team sees the name.
